What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (a general enquiry, an investor sales enquiry, or an overseas investor enquiry), we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number where given, and anything you write in the message field. We don’t collect anything beyond what a form asks for.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, follow up by phone or email where you’ve asked us to, and where relevant, to send property or investment information you’ve requested. We don’t use this information for anything else, and we don’t sell it.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed through Fluent Forms, a plugin running on our own WordPress hosting, and are not sent to any third party beyond our own team.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it’s relevant to an active conversation, and delete it once it’s clearly no longer needed. If you’d like your data deleted sooner, email info@ravenor.co.uk and we’ll action it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold on you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. Email info@ravenor.co.uk to exercise any of these.
Standard boilerplate, needs a real legal review before this is final. ICO registration number still needs adding once available.
